She can’t walk by herself as she needs her wheelchair to access places. Julian was great on arrival all the way to checkout. He took her down to the beach via wheelchair and by the pool, which she absolutely loved. My mum couldn’t be happier with the service Julian provided her during her stay. Since then I have had many issues with various different company and service providers. But Progressive Respite helped me through a lot of difficult things I have and am dealing with. Julian aka the head of Progressive Respite took such amazing care of me. Also going above and beyond to get me back on my feet.
